My wife and I were struggling shoveling our driveway and he pulled up out of nowhere and offered to finish the job for us. We are very particular about not gouging the blacktop on our front drive and he was very gentle even with multiple grades in the steep pitch In the back drive with crushed stone Rye was able to clear the drive without scraping the stone. Rye answered the phone when I called and showed when he said he would. He cleared off the roof of my large wraparound porch, I was afraid it collapse because of the weight of the snow. He also cleared off my two level deck in the back which had huge drifts. I was also worried about the weight of the snow. It was such a relief when Rye showed up when he said he would and did a great job. I had 7 others snow removal companies ghost me before I found him.
